These terms cover use of gohaulpilot.com and the junk removal services of HaulPilot Junk Removal, Burnsville, Minnesota.

Quotes

Quotes are free and given on site after we see the job. A quote is one flat price that includes labor, loading, hauling, disposal, and cleanup. If the job turns out to be materially different from what was described — more volume, restricted access, or items we cannot legally haul — we will tell you before we start and you can decline at no charge.

What we haul

Furniture, appliances, mattresses, household junk, yard waste, construction debris, and general cleanouts. We do not accept asbestos, biohazard or medical waste, ammunition, concrete, brick, dirt, or roofing material. Paint, chemicals, propane, and other hazardous items are reviewed case by case.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete. We accept cards, cash, and most digital payment apps.

Scheduling and cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge any time before the crew is dispatched. If the crew arrives and cannot access the items, or the job is cancelled on arrival, a trip fee may apply.

Text messages

If you opt in on our quote form we may text you about your quote and job. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We take care in your home and on your property. We are responsible for damage caused by our crew's negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for items you asked us to remove that you later wish to recover — once it leaves on the truck it is disposed of or donated.

Reviews

Reviews are published only with your permission and may be removed on request.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do.
